Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Gather all ingredients, chop veggies, slice chicken, and have sauces ready.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet, season chicken, and sear for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Shred the Chicken: Remove chicken from skillet, let cool, then shred or slice.
