Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. Sauté the chicken breasts in olive oil over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper, until golden brown. Slice after resting.
  3. Make the garlic Parmesan sauce in the skillet by sautéing garlic, then stir in heavy cream and cheese until combined and creamy.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta and sliced chicken in the sauce, adjusting seasoning as needed.
  5. Plate and garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
