Chicken Peach Ricotta Pizza with Arugula and Balsamic Glaze

A delightful pizza featuring juicy chicken, sweet peaches, creamy ricotta, and a peppery arugula topping, all drizzled with a rich balsamic glaze.

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 ripe peach, sliced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Prepare the pizza crust by rolling out homemade dough or unfolding store-bought.
  3. Assemble the base by spreading ricotta cheese on the crust.
  4. Add the shredded chicken evenly over the ricotta layer.
  5. Layer the sliced peaches on top of the chicken.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the top.
  7. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Add arugula, balsamic glaze, and olive oil once out of the oven.

Notes

For added flavor, toss peach slices in olive oil and salt before adding them to the pizza.
