Coffee Chia Seed Pudding

A delightful combination of coffee and creamy chia seed pudding for a perfect breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee and let it cool slightly.
  2. Mix the brewed coffee, chia seeds, sweetener, milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to thicken.
  4. Refrigerate in a sealed container for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Serve with desired toppings and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, allow the pudding to thicken overnight. Top with fruits, nuts, or whipped cream for added flavor.
