  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, and crumbled bacon.
  2. Form the Patties: Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and gently shape them into patties.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Get your grill preheated to medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the Patties: Place the patties on the grill or skillet for about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Toast the Buns: Lightly toast your buns on the grill or in a separate skillet until golden brown.
  6. Assemble Your Burgers: Spread mayo and mustard on the top and bottom buns, then add lettuce, tomato, and your patty.
