  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups crispy tater tots
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup salsa
  • Sour cream (optional for serving)
  • Chopped green onions (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  2. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Add 1/4 cup water to create a flavorful sauce.
  3. Crisp up the tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
  4. Combine the seasoned ground beef and crispy tater tots in a large mixing bowl, folding in half of the cheese.
  5. Assemble the burritos by warming tortillas, adding filling, top with salsa and cheese.
  6. Roll them up tightly, folding sides in, and rolling from the bottom.
  7. Serve and enjoy with salsa, sour cream, and green onions.
