Luscious Lemon Cream Puffs

A delightful recipe for crispy lemon cream puffs filled with luscious lemon goodness.

  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup lemon Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract
  • 1/4 cup lemon curd
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate or yellow candy melts
  • Yellow food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grab a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  3. Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture into your hand and press it firmly into a cup shape on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Cool completely on the baking sheet.
  6. Beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form and gently fold in the lemon Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, lemon extract, and lemon curd.
  7. Fill each graham cracker cup with the lemon cream mixture using a piping bag.
  8. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
  9. Dip each filled lemon puff into the melted chocolate and let excess chocolate drip off.
  10. Chill the coated puffs in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set the chocolate.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs or lemon zest on top before the chocolate sets.
