Low Carb Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Delicious and easy-to-make low carb wraps filled with cheesy garlic chicken and fresh lettuce.

  • 2 Chicken Breasts (cooked and shredded)
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 Large Lettuce Leaves (for wrapping)
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Pre-cook the Chicken: Season raw chicken with salt and pepper, cook in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Shred it once cooled.
  2. Mix the Good Stuff: Combine shredded chicken, cheese, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Prep the Lettuce Leaves: Rinse and dry lettuce leaves, lay them flat for wrapping.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Place the cheesy chicken mixture inside each lettuce leaf, fold, and roll tightly.
  5. Cook the Wraps (Optional): Sear wraps in a skillet with olive oil for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Slice in half and serve with salsa, guacamole, or dipping sauce.
