  • 1 Pre-Made Tart Crust
  • 1 Cup Dark Chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups Fresh Strawberries (sliced)
  • Mint Leaves for Garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your tart crust by placing it in a tart pan and pressing it into place.
  2. Bake the tart shell if required: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 10-15 minutes until golden.
  3. Melt the chocolate by heating cream and sugar, then whisking it into the chocolate.
  4. Add vanilla extract to the melted chocolate mixture.
  5. Fill the tart shell with the chocolate mixture evenly.
  6. Chill the tart for at least 2-3 hours to set.
  7. Prepare your strawberries by slicing them.
  8. Top the tart with arranged sliced strawberries.
  9. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.

Serving suggestions include adding whipped cream and a dusting of powdered sugar.
