Tandoori Chicken Garlic Bread

A mouthwatering twist on classic garlic bread topped with spiced tandoori chicken and melted mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 2 cups Cooked Tandoori Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Butter (1/4 cup softened butter mixed with 23 cloves minced garlic)
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine 1/4 cup of softened butter with 2-3 cloves of minced garlic and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally while keeping them connected at the bottom.
  4. Spread the garlic butter generously on the cut side of each roll.
  5. Layer shredded tandoori chicken over the garlic butter evenly.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the tandoori chicken until covered.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Best served immediately while hot and gooey. Can be paired with a yogurt sauce for dipping.
