3-Ingredient Greek Yogurt Popsicles

A refreshing and healthy treat made with just three simple ingredients: Greek yogurt, honey, and your choice of fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (or any fruit of choice)

Instructions

  1. Gather your Greek yogurt, honey, and fruit.
  2. Rinse about a cup of fresh strawberries, removing the tops and slicing them in half.
  3. Toss the strawberries into the blender with honey and blend until smooth.
  4. Combine the Greek yogurt and strawberry mixture in a bowl and whisk until mixed.
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  6. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for 4-6 hours.
  7. Run warm water over the molds to loosen the popsicles and unmold them.
  8. Enjoy your delicious and healthy popsicles!
