Ingredients

  • Chicken Thighs (Bone-in)
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Garlic Powder
  • Paprika
  • Seedless Watermelon

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine BBQ sauce with garlic powder and paprika. Toss in chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour.

  5. Prep the Ingredients: Cut watermelon into bite-sized cubes.
  6. Mix It Up: Combine watermelon, feta, and mint in a salad bowl.
  7. Dress the Salad: Drizzle lime juice and toss gently.
  8. Prepare the Pie Crust: Roll out homemade pie crust or use store-bought.
  9. Make the Filling: Combine blueberries, raspberries, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl.
  10. Assemble the Pie: Pour filling into crust and bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
