Festive Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

Celebrate July 4th with these dazzling chocolate-covered strawberries, adorned in red, white, and blue for a festive treat!

Ingredients

  • 24 Strawberries, firm and ripe
  • 1 Cup White Candy Melts or White Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • 1/2 Cup Red, White, and Blue Nonpareil Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare your kitchen by washing and drying the strawberries completely.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating at 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate and let excess drip off.
  4. Add sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
  5. Repeat this process with the remaining strawberries.
  6. Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes to set the chocolate.

Notes

For a fancy touch, drizzle melted dark chocolate over the set white chocolate. If chocolate seizes up, ensure utensils are completely dry and avoid adding water.
