  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup nuts (such as walnuts or almonds), chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing and chopping the broccoli and apples.
  2. Toast the nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, if desired.
  3. Whisk the mayonnaise, honey, and lemon juice in a medium bowl until creamy.
  4. Combine the chopped apples, broccoli, and nuts in a large bowl, then add the dressing and fold gently.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
