  • 1/2 cup young coconut flesh
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup tropical fruits (mango, pineapple, or papaya)
  • 1 cup spinach or kale (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Crack open the young coconut and scoop out the flesh.
  2. Add coconut water first into a high-speed blender.
  3. Toss in the coconut flesh and banana.
  4. Add the tropical fruits, such as mango or pineapple.
  5. Incorporate the greens if using.
  6. Sweeten it up with honey or agave syrup if desired.
  7. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  8. Check the consistency and adjust with more coconut water or frozen fruits if needed.
  9. Chill it out by adding ice cubes and pulse.
