BBQ Chicken Flatbread

A quick and flavorful BBQ Chicken Flatbread perfect for appetizers, lunch, or light dinner.

Ingredients

  • Flatbread (pita or naan)
  • Cooked Chicken, Shredded
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
  • Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • Cilantro, for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the flatbreads on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Add the shredded chicken mixed with BBQ sauce onto the flatbreads.
  4. Layer on the shredded cheese over the chicken.
  5. Top with thinly sliced red onions.
  6. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
