Easy No-Bake Banana Cream Pie

A sweet, nostalgic dessert that’s simple to make and perfect for gatherings. This no-bake banana cream pie combines creamy vanilla pudding, fresh bananas, and whipped cream in a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: additional whipped cream and banana slices for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pie Base: Take your pre-made graham cracker crust and place it on a serving dish. If you’re feeling adventurous, make your own by crushing graham crackers with melted butter. Allow it to set in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
  2. Make the Pudding: In a mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with the 2 cups of milk. Whisk vigorously for about 2-3 minutes until it thickens up.
  3. Add the Vanilla Extract: Stir in the half teaspoon of vanilla extract to elevate your pudding.
  4. Fold in the Whipped Cream: Gently fold in one cup of whipped cream into the pudding mixture, keeping air in the mix.
  5. Layer the Bananas: Slice the bananas and place them evenly at the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
  6. Spread the Pudding Mixture: Pour the pudding-cream mix over the banana layer and spread it evenly.
  7. Final Touches: Dollop extra whipped cream on top and add banana slices for presentation.
  8. Chill Out: Cover the pie and chill it in the fridge for at least 120 minutes to set.

Notes

For a twist, try chocolate pudding or nutty variations with walnuts. Use coconut milk for a dairy-free option.
