A refreshing and vibrant party drink that blends tropical flavors of pineapple, strawberries, and creamy coconut.

  • 4 cups diced pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1½ cups cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)
  • to 2 cups coconut rum
  • 34 cups crushed or nugget ice
  • Optional: splash of pineapple juice or club soda
  • Garnish: pineapple wedges, strawberry slices, cocktail umbrellas

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by dicing fresh pineapple or measuring out frozen. Slice strawberries.
  2. Combine the diced pineapple, sliced strawberries, and frozen orange juice concentrate in a large punch bowl.
  3. Add the cream of coconut slowly, stirring gently until well combined.
  4. Mix in the coconut rum, adjusting to your preference for strength.
  5. Add crushed or nugget ice just before serving to keep the punch cool.
  6. Garnish with pineapple wedges and strawberry slices, adding cocktail umbrellas for fun.

Notes

Prepare the base ingredients ahead of time and add rum and ice right before serving for best freshness.
