  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or mixed herbs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 23 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • 500 grams lean beef mince
  • Lettuce (shredded)
  • Cheese (dairy-free or regular)
  • Pickle slices
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon or yellow)
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prep the potatoes by washing and cutting them into wedges or cubes.
  3. Season the potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Roast the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet for about 25–30 minutes until crispy.
  5. Cook the beef in a skillet with olive oil for about 5–7 minutes until browned.
  6. Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  7. Mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice for the burger sauce.
  8. Assemble your bowls with roasted potatoes, seasoned beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, and burger sauce.
  9. Garnish with pickle slices and fresh herbs if desired.
