  • 1 cup raw carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Start by peeling and chopping your carrots, rinsing your banana and pineapple, and prepping everything for easy blending.
  2. Blend the Base: In a high-speed blender, add the chopped carrots, banana slices, pineapple chunks, coconut milk, and Greek yogurt. Start blending on a low setting.
  3. Add the Spices: Once your base is nicely blended, add in the cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract and blend again until smooth.
  4. Check for Sweetness: Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup one tablespoon at a time if desired.
  5. Give It a Chill: If you prefer a chilled smoothie, add ice cubes and blend until you reach your desired consistency.
  6. Pour and Enjoy: Transfer the smoothie to a glass and optionally garnish with crushed nuts or oats for texture.
