Grilled Peaches with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar

A sweet and simple summer dessert featuring grilled peaches caramelized with cinnamon and brown sugar, perfect for gatherings or a weeknight treat.

  • 3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
  • ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 peaches (halved and pits removed)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (melted)
  • Yogurt (for serving)
  • Vanilla ice cream (for serving)
  • Caramel syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat (around 350°F to 400°F).
  2. Prepare the peaches by cutting them in half and removing the pits. Drizzle with melted butter.
  3. Mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture over the buttered sides of the peach halves.
  5. Grill the peaches cut-side down for about 4–5 minutes until caramelized.
  6. Flip the peaches and grill for another 3–4 minutes until tender.
  7. Serve warm with yogurt or vanilla ice cream and drizzle with caramel syrup.

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute unsalted butter with coconut oil. Experiment with different spices or toppings for variety.
