Creamy Coconut Key Lime Pie Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • Juice of 2 key limes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup spinach (optional)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Gather Your Ingredients: Make sure you have everything! Pull out your blender, measure your ingredients, and get excited.
  2. Add the Coconut Milk and Greek Yogurt: Pour 1 cup of coconut milk into the blender, then add your 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.
  3. Add the Banana and Avocado: Toss in your ripe banana and the half avocado.
  4. Squeeze in the Lime Juice: Juice your key limes over the other ingredients.
  5. Sweeten It Up (if You’d Like): Add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
  6. Put in the Spinach (Optional): Throw about 1/2 cup in if desired.
  7. Add Ice: Add a handful of ice cubes to achieve a frothy texture.
