A comforting casserole combining tender egg noodles, seasoned ground beef, and rich oniony goodness topped with gooey cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup French onion dip
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup beef broth

  5. Stir in French onion dip, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Fold in the cooked egg noodles until well combined.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly; top with shredded cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
