Deviled Eggs Dip

A creamy, dip-able version of classic deviled eggs, perfect for gatherings and parties.

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Chopped chives for garnish
  • Tortilla chips or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Hard-Boil your eggs. Place them in a pot, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, then let sit for 12 minutes. Shock in cold water.
  2. Prep the eggs by cracking and peeling them. Place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash the eggs until there are no large chunks left.
  4. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar to the mashed eggs. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  6. Chill the dip in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Garnish with paprika and chopped chives before serving with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

Can be made a day in advance. Adjust seasonings to taste.
