  • 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella Balls (Bocconcini)
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives

  3. Add the Mozzarella: Gently press a mozzarella ball into the cavity of each cherry tomato.
  4. Insert the Pupils: Use a sharp knife to cut your olives into smaller pieces and place one in the center of each mozzarella ball.
  5. Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze: Drizzle balsamic glaze over each bite.
  6. Garnish with Basil: Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over your creation.
  7. Season to Taste: Finish with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  8. Chill and Serve: Let them sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
