Fireworks Cookies and Cream Cookies

Delightful cookies packed with flavor, perfect for celebrations and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 box cake mix (vanilla or white)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup crushed cookies (Oreos or similar)
  • 1/2 cup red, white, and blue candies (M&Ms or similar)
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (red, white, and blue)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the cake mix, crushed cookies, and sprinkles in a large bowl.
  3. Combine the eggs and vegetable oil in a separate bowl.
  4. Blend the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
  5. Add the colorful candies into the dough.
  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 10-12 minutes.
  8. Cool on a wire rack after baking.

Notes

Chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking to prevent spreading. These cookies can also be frozen before baking.
