Instructions

  1. Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Whisk the wet ingredients in a separate bowl: eggs, milk, canned pumpkin, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
