  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Vegetables of choice (e.g., asparagus, broccoli, or bell peppers)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the garlic butter sauce by melting the butter over low heat, then adding the minced garlic.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley to the butter mixture.
  4. Prep the baking dish with a bit of butter, placing the salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish.
  5. Drizzle half of the garlic butter sauce over the salmon.
  6. Add your choice of vegetables around the salmon and drizzle with remaining sauce.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily.
  8. Baste with the garlic-butter sauce halfway through cooking for enhanced flavor.
