  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Fresh Basil, torn
  • Flaky Sea Salt to taste
  • Freshly Cracked Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Wash heirloom tomatoes under cold water and dry them gently.
  2. Slice the tomatoes into varying thicknesses, about half an inch.
  3. Arrange the tomato slices on a large platter, alternating colors for visual appeal.
  4. Prepare the dressing by whisking together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the arranged salad just before serving.
  6. Add torn basil leaves on top for aroma and flavor.
  7. Let the salad rest for 10-15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
