Ruth’s Chris Stuffed Chicken Copycat

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Prepare the oven by preheating it to 375°F (190°C). Butterfly the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Make the filling by mixing spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
