Refreshing Limoncello Rose Sangria

A delightful blend of dry rosé, zesty limoncello, and fresh fruits that embodies the essence of summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle dry rosé wine (750ml)
  • 1/2 cup limoncello liqueur
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or simple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 1 orange (thinly sliced)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep the fruits by rinsing the strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries, then slice the strawberries, lemon, and orange.
  2. Choose a large pitcher and pour in the dry rosé wine.
  3. Mix in the limoncello liqueur and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  4. Sweeten with honey or simple syrup, adjusting to taste.
  5. Add the fruits: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, lemon slices, and orange slices, and stir gently.
  6. Chill it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  7. Add sparkling water or club soda just before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve with ice.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute limoncello and rosé with sparkling lemonade.
