Bang Bang Chicken Sliders

A flavor explosion in every bite, these Bang Bang Chicken Sliders are perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in. Spicy and creamy chicken sliders that everyone will love.

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce and pickles for serving

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting your chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season them lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up your breading station in three bowls: flour in the first bowl, whisked eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs in the third.
  3. Take each chicken piece, coat it in flour, dunk it in the beaten eggs, and finally cover it with the breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat and fry the coated chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. While the chicken is frying, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey in a bowl for the bang bang sauce.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked, slice your slider buns in half. Assemble the sliders with chicken, sauce, lettuce, and pickles.

Notes

For a lighter option, you can swap mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Feel free to experiment with different types of buns!
