Garlic Olive Oil Dip

A simple yet delightful garlic olive oil dip perfect for bread or roasted vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Good Quality Olive Oil (⅓ cup)
  • Fresh Garlic (3-4 cloves, minced)
  • Fresh Parsley (2 tablespoons, finely chopped)
  • Red Pepper Flakes (½ teaspoon, optional)
  • Salt (½ teaspoon)
  • Black Pepper (¼ teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Prep your garlic by peeling and mincing it finely.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the warm oil and cook gently for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Let the dip cool slightly in the pan.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with bread or veggies.

Notes

You can prepare this dip a day in advance and store it in an airtight container in the fridge.
