Easy No-Bake Dark Chocolate Tart

A rich and velvety No-Bake Dark Chocolate Tart that’s decadently delicious and incredibly easy to whip up.

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Finely crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they resemble sand. Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl and pour in the melted unsalted butter. Mix them together until combined.
  2. Press the Crust: Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a tart pan. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  3. Melt the Chocolate: In a heatproof bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate and 1/2 cup heavy cream. Melt using a double boiler or microwave.
  4. Create the Filling: Set aside the chocolate mixture to cool slightly. In a separate bowl, whip the remaining heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Combine Everything: Gently fold the cooled chocolate mixture into the whipped cream until no white streaks remain.
  6. Fill the Tart Crust: Pour the chocolate filling into the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Before serving, let the tart sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, then garnish with fresh berries and dust with powdered sugar.

Notes

You can use chocolate graham crackers for the crust or substitute coconut cream for a dairy-free version.
