Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prep your bundt pan by greasing it with butter and dusting with flour.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Cream the softened unsalted butter with granulated and brown sugars for about 3-4 minutes until light and fluffy.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Combine dry and wet ingredients alternately with diced apples, folding gently until just combined.
