Easy Pickled Radish

A tangy and savory pickled radish recipe that adds color and crunch to your meals.

  • 1 cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 bunch Radishes
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. Prep the radishes by rinsing them under cold water, trimming tops and roots, and slicing them thinly.
  2. Make the brine by combining water, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a saucepan and heating until dissolved.
  3. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes to the warm brine and let flavors mingle.
  4. Combine the sliced radishes and brine in a clean jar, ensuring the radishes are fully submerged.
  5. Seal the jar and cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.

Notes

These pickled radishes last up to 2 weeks in the fridge. Shake the jar before serving to distribute flavors.
