Mini Peach and Cream Cheese Tarts

Delightful mini tarts filled with cream cheese and juicy peaches, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Homemade Puff Pastry
  • Fresh Peaches, sliced
  • Cream Cheese, full-fat
  • Cinnamon, a pinch
  • Lemon Juice, fresh
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare your puff pastry by rolling it out and cutting into circles.
  2. Pre-bake the pastry in an oven at 400°F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Mix the cream cheese filling until smooth, adding honey and lemon juice.
  4. Prepare the peaches by slicing them and tossing with cinnamon.
  5. Assemble the tarts by filling the pastry shells with cream cheese and topping with peach slices.
  6. Bake the assembled tarts for another 10-12 minutes until the peaches soften.
  7. Cool the tarts for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

These tarts are best served warm or at room temperature. Garnish with mint or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for enhancement.
