Caramel Crunch Cheesecake Fruit Salad

A delightful fruit salad combining the lusciousness of cheesecake with caramel and fresh fruits.

  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 cups Strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup Green Grapes (halved)
  • 1 cup Red Grapes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Graham Crackers or Cookie Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Peanuts or Pecans
  • 1/4 cup White Chocolate Drizzle (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce

Instructions

  1. Beat the Cream Cheese: In a mixing bowl, start by beating the softened cream cheese using a hand mixer until it’s smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the Sweetness: Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  3. Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Prep the Fruits: Slice strawberries and halve grapes, enjoying their fresh aroma.
  5. Combine Everything: In a large bowl, stir the cream cheese mixture with the sliced strawberries and halved grapes.
  6. Add the Crunch: Fold in the crushed graham crackers and chopped nuts, reserving some for topping.
  7. Drizzle the Caramel: Drizzle half of the caramel sauce into the mixture and fold gently.
  8. Chill the Salad: Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Serve with Style: Before serving, drizzle the remaining caramel and optional white chocolate over the top, and top with reserved nuts and graham cracker crumbs.
