No-Bake Peaches and Cream

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring luscious peaches, creamy filling, and a crunchy graham cracker crust.

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Take the peaches. Start by washing your peaches and slicing them into vibrant, juicy pieces. Set aside.
  2. Make the cream. In a large mixing bowl, pour in your heavy cream. Beat until soft peaks form, then add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until smooth.
  3. Prep the crust. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand and holds together.
  4. Layer it up. In a serving dish, layer the graham cracker crust at the bottom, pressing it gently.
  5. Add the cream. Spoon a layer of whipped cream mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Peachy goodness. Add the sliced peaches on top of the cream, arranging them nicely.
  7. Repeat the layering process with any remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of peaches on top.
  8. Chill out. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours or overnight.

Notes

Serve with a sprig of mint or a dollop of whipped cream. This dish can be made ahead of time and with different fruits based on the season.
