Vegetable Tortilla Roll Ups

A vibrant and flavorful appetizer or snack, perfect for gatherings or family dinners.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (1-ounce) packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups chopped vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, etc.)
  • ¾ cup shredded carrots
  • ¾ cup finely chopped broccoli
  • ½ cup chopped red bell peppers
  • 4 lavash bread sheets or 5 flour tortillas (10-inch size)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Filling by combining cream cheese, sour cream, Ranch seasoning, and dill in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture and fold until evenly distributed.
  3. Incorporate your chopped vegetables into the cheese mixture, folding gently.
  4. Spread the filling evenly on a piece of lavash or tortilla, leaving a small border.
  5. Roll it up tightly from one edge, taking care not to spill the filling.
  6. Chill the wrapped rolls in plastic wrap for at least 1 hour.
  7. Slice the rolls into pinwheels about an inch thick and serve.

Notes

These roll-ups can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge until serving. They can also be customized with various fillings.
