Watermelon, Cucumber, and Feta Salad

A refreshing summer salad featuring sweet watermelon, crisp cucumber, and tangy feta cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 cups cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the watermelon by cutting it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Dice the cucumber into small, even pieces.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese into bite-sized chunks.
  4. Chop the mint leaves.
  5. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  6. Dress the salad with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  7. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the feta in olive oil with herbs. Serve chilled for the best taste.
