Homemade Watermelon Popsicles

Refreshing watermelon popsicles with a zesty lime twist, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon chunks (seedless)
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 24 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prep your watermelon: Cut the watermelon into chunks and remove any seeds.
  2. Blend it up: Combine the watermelon chunks and lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and sweeten: Adjust sweetness with honey or sugar, blend again.
  4. Pour into molds: Fill popsicle molds about three-quarters full.
  5. Insert sticks: Place sticks into the molds upright.
  6. Freeze: Allow the popsicles to freeze for 4-6 hours.
  7. Unmold & enjoy: Run warm water over the molds and pop out the popsicles.

Notes

For a creamier texture, mix in Greek yogurt before freezing.
