20-Minute Spinach Blueberry Salad

A quick and refreshing salad featuring vibrant spinach, juicy blueberries, and crunchy walnuts, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash your greens by rinsing the fresh spinach and drying it well.
  2. Prepping the ingredients by dicing the onions thinly and chopping the walnuts.
  3. Mixing the bowl by adding the spinach, blueberries, and red onions into a large bowl, and toss gently.
  4. Add the crumbled feta cheese and chopped walnuts on top.
  5. Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  6. Taste test the salad and adjust seasoning with salt or pepper if necessary.
  7. Plate the salad in a beautiful serving dish and enjoy!
