  2. Press into the Pan: Transfer the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan, spreading it evenly and packing it down tightly.
  3. Chill the Crust: Place the crust in the refrigerator while you make the filling.
  4. Blend the Cream Cheese: In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
  5. Sweeten the Mixture: Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing just until combined.
  6. Add the Whipped Cream: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold this into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Incorporate Pineapple: Fold in chopped fresh pineapple gently.
  8. Pour Filling into Crust: Remove the crust from the refrigerator and pour the cream cheese filling over it, smoothing the top.
  9. Refrigerate to Set: Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
