Delightful Pumpkin Oreo Truffles are a perfect fall treat, combining creamy cream cheese, crunchy Oreos, and warm pumpkin flavors.

  • 24 Oreo Cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 8 oz orange chocolate, melted
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos until they turn into fine crumbs using a food processor or a ziplock bag and rolling pin.
  2. Mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese in a bowl until fully incorporated.
  3. Incorporate pumpkin puree into the mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Chill the baking sheet in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up the truffles.
  6. Melt the orange chocolate according to package instructions.
  7. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off before placing on parchment paper.
  8. Add sprinkles on top while the chocolate is still wet.
  9. Final chill the dipped truffles in the fridge for another 15-20 minutes until the chocolate is set.
  10. Serve and enjoy on a platter or in a gift box.

Notes

These truffles can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks or frozen for up to three months.
