Red, White & Blue Mixed Berry Yum Yum

A delightful layered dessert featuring cream cheese and fresh berries, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • ½ cup of butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  2. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until coated.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
  4. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream gently until combined.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  7. Layer the sliced strawberries and blueberries on top.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Notes

Garnish with mint or drizzle with honey for added flair.
