Old Fashioned Cherry Creamsicles

A nostalgic summer treat that combines sweet cherries with creamy richness for a refreshing popsicle delight.

  • 10 oz. (about 2 cups) pitted fresh or thawed frozen organic cherries
  • ¼ cup coconut water or filtered water
  • 1 cup raw cream or organic whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
  • 34 tablespoons raw light-colored honey

Instructions

  1. Prep the cherries: Start by pitting your fresh cherries if you’re using them.
  2. Blend the base: In a blender, combine the pitted cherries and coconut water and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste test: Adjust sweetness with honey if needed.
  4. Make it creamy: Whisk the raw cream and vanilla extract until slightly thickened.
  5. Combine the mixtures: Fold the cherry mixture into the cream to maintain swirls.
  6. Pour into molds: Fill popsicle molds about ¾ full.
  7. Insert sticks: Place a popsicle stick in the center of each mold.
  8. Freeze: Place in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours.
  9. Unmold and enjoy: Run molds under warm water to release the creamsicles.

Notes
