Easy Baked Teriyaki Salmon

A quick and flavorful recipe for baked teriyaki salmon that impresses and is easy to prepare.

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the marinade by whisking together the teriyaki sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
  3. Marinate the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or ziplock bag for at least 15-30 minutes.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  5. Arrange the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
