  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
  • ⅓ cup ranch dressing (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1012 small flour tortillas (street-size)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray or melted butter (for brushing)
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare your baking dish with olive oil spray or melted butter.
  3. Mix together the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Add the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses and gently fold them into the chicken mixture.
  5. Fill each tortilla with a scoop of the chicken-bacon mixture.
  6. Arrange the filled tortillas seam-side down in the baking dish, giving them some space.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil or melted butter.
  8. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden and melty.
  9. Cool for a minute before serving.

Notes

To serve, drizzle with extra ranch dressing and top with colorful toppings like shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
