Hamburger Meat and Broccoli

A comforting and flavorful dish combining savory ground beef and vibrant broccoli, perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep.

  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

  • Cooked Rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your cooking space by chopping garlic and ginger.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef. Break it apart and brown for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger. Stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Incorporate broccoli florets, stirring for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Flavor it up with soy sauce and sesame oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve the beef and broccoli mixture over warm rice. Enjoy!
